This could be the way to go. Only 4 stringers with simple shape 4 piece bulkheads (riveted to rectangle). Frontend is the firewall, rearend carries the rudderspar.
Aluminum angles (1,5x3/16") should be bent at 2 stages as shown. These bends in the stringers are stiffend with Alu plates - bolted in place with countersunk bolts (AN3). The bends are necessary due to spar fixture (in this area the stringers should be parallel) and cockpit shoulder width (est. 60cm/23,5").
Bulkheads placed to form and stiffen out the basic shape.
Extensions of stringers to final length (est. 4m/13,1ft) also made with bolted doubler angles.
Completion take place with overlapping Alu-skins (0.020,0.032), mostly flat at bottom and sides, formed on top and turttledeck. Of course we should add some formative and stiffening bulkheads
